The Eastern Football Alliance Inc. is a trade marked non-profit organization. The league is owned and operated by its President Steven Ellis and Vice President Mike Frazier. Together Ellis and Frazier has taken the business of semi-pro football to another level. The EFA Super Bowl winner will be crowned the true East Coast Semi-Pro Football Champion and receive all awards accordingly.
